Valladolid | Visitor's quick guide
This city has preserved its local identity through the years and now is one of the most representative city of Yucatan.
The main attractions are the main square and the church, as well as the cenote "Zaci" which means "White Sparrow Hawk".
Food is also something that is worth to try, as you will find many very typical dishes cooked and served in the traditional way.
Directions
Until there are many buses that go to Valladolid, the best way to go to this city is by car, as you will probably want to visit the cenote "Dzitnup", 6 miles (10 km) away from Valladolid and other nearby places, or on your way to Merida.
